Writer

Born in the year 1974, at the same time when Arthur C. Clarke predicted the advent of computer technology, Emanuel Grigoras began his journey as a writer in Romania. Despite growing up in a country undergoing a communist dictatorship that lasted for 25 years, Grigoras found solace and inspiration in writing.

In 2010, Grigoras published his first book in Romanian, “Locul Potrivit” (The Right Place), which marked the beginning of a successful writing career. Over the years, he has published a diverse range of works including science fiction short stories, contemporary and historic fiction, and has been featured in several Romanian publications such as CPSF – The Science-Fiction Short Stories Collection ANTICIPATIA, Gazeta SF, and Nautilus.

In 2015 he moved to Toronto and continues to write and self-publish in English and Romanian. He also supports other self-published writers, as a Product Manager, and helps build their online personal brands through custom websites and social media activities.

Digital Product Manager

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Al. I. Cuza in 1998, and in 2006 graduated an MBA ( Master of Business Administration) at L’ Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de l’ Universite de Lausanne, Switzerland. After MBA he specialized in project management and obtained the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification offered by PMI Project Management Institute.

Emanuel has over 15 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur, digital project manager, social media marketing consultant. Since 2009 he focused in online project management and social media consultancy. From 2012 he teaches courses about the profession of Social Media Manager and self-publishing tools. http://emanuelgrigoras.com/portfolio/

At present he is a Senior Product Manager /CEO for Asengana Inc., the only online product management tool for writers, in Toronto, Canada.
